Megaupload got delete happy with my Stargate Atlantis screencaps, and as a result I won’t be renewing my Premium account. Which means that I’m not able to offer both zips and a gallery of vampire screencaps anymore. Only one or the other, and I have decided that I will do galleries from now on, because I personally prefer them and because zips always have a high risk of being deleted by whatever host they hosted by.

If you wonder why me not having a Ppremium account at Megaupload means I can’t offer zips, this is why: The Premium account offers a feature called transloading – I uploaded the vampire zip to this site, gave its URL to the transload manager and while Megaupload did its thing I could upload something else entirely. A few hours later or next day, Megaupload had copied the vampire zip from this site to theirs. With me having to upload the same zip only once. Now I can only upload either to this site, or to Megaupload.

I don’t know of any file hoster which offers the transload ability for free.
